We understand this is concerning as these phishing scams are increasingly more sophisticated. They are touching not only technology companies, but all industries. This blog should give you more clarity and options to report it further if required - http://dell.to/2nE77yo
Hello, I just got off the phone with one of these scammers, they had my alienware tag number somehow, even knew my name/phone number. They called from telling me my computer services were not working correctly. After that, they asked me if they could remote into with valid log-me-in that said Dell Support was asking to control my computer.
I realized it was a scam because they said they were scanning for connections with dir /s (seriously)
