DFS?

I purchased a dell laptop computer for my company and set up a business account.  I received my first bill with "Sign Up" for online Bill pay via www.dell.com/paydbc.  I went to the website to make a payment and was not able to login using my e-mail or account number.  What should I have entered different?  Thanks for your help.  William
