Did not receive order confirmation email
Good evening,
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this as I'm in the UK, but figure it's worth a shot. As I ordered an xps 13 online and still haven't received my order confirmation after over a week, I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas for next steps? The largest problem is that when you try to contact dell they ask for your order number which I don't have as of yet, although I do have my internet refference number. Thanks for any help.

An order number will be sent automatically once your order is confirmed. There are chances that the order you placed did not go through.
Please check your spam/junk mailbox to see if you have received any emails.
Click on my Dell username & send a private message with the Internet receipt number, registered name & email address.

I have a similar problem. After the payment phase I was never sent back to the Dell website, I received no email that an order had been placed nor have I received an email since. However, my bank records do show the right payment - and what I believe to be an IRN number.
Because I did not join the customer program (at that time) I cannot be absolutely sure I did not type in the wrong email.
Could I contact you with the hope you can clarify my situation?
