Digital Gift Card key problem
I bought a Microsoft XBOX Live $25 Digital Gift Card on Oct. 21st and when I was directed to my digital locker I saw 'null' where the key should have been.
I have called customer support three times (30 minutes each time) and finally thought the problem was solved when I received an email from customer support on Oct. 28th stating that my digital gift card was now in my locker.
I again saw 'null' where the key should have been.
During my last call to support I was told it was Microsoft's fault and I that will be informed when Microsoft fixes the problem.
I'm sorry, but I bought this gift card from Dell not Microsoft. The sad state of customer support at Dell is pathetic.
This will be my last purchase from Dell after 15+ years. I have reached my limit.

i ordered for an Xbox gift card . For 6 days now it’s not delivered but order is confirmed . I contacted customer support and. They still said I should wait . Meanwhile it says 24 hours email delivery
