Dongle KM5221W lost/broken

Hello,

We support numerous Dell products and recently we have been purchasing keyboard/mouse combinations. Most recently KM5221W. We have misplaced several of the dongles or they have been broken by our end users and would like to order replacements for the KM combos. The only universal receiver I've seen is for older models. Do you have any dongles that work specifically for that model of keyboard/mouse combo? We've also tried using the peripheral manager with some old Dell dongles (with the blue swirl logo on it) but it only picks up it's original equipment. And we've tried pairing with Windows Bluetooth and they don't work that way either.
