Double billed

I have been charged twice for office 365 subscription. Have tried to get in resolved through dell cares and my emails showing the two emails received from dell regarding the order and a copy of my statement apparently aren't being received. The lady email I received from dell stated the case was closed because I hadn't responded.  I sent two emails after that and I have not received a response other than to say dell doesn't respond to closed cases. I do not need two subscriptions and will only pay for one.  Please respond to
