Double Charged for Alienware m15
On 23 May 2020 I purchased Alienware m15 laptop from dell website. I paid with my debit card. Everything was fine and yesterday my laptop got shipped. After shipping my account got charged again same amount. So I paid twice for this product.
What kind of scam are you running Dell ?
Immediately reverse this fraudulent charge!!!

Dell is not doing anything to reverse this false charge on my account. Never again.

Apparently this is happening quite frequently. I am talking to my bank to chargeback and cancel order. Because Dell is unprofessional company. There is no point contacting dell they will deny it and ignore.
