Email address for complaint

My laptop is 1 year old. I have already changed the motherboard through dell in DECEMBER due to "unexpected shutdown while usage" problem. and it was working normally until 13/JAN/2023 when it started the same symptoms again of "unexpected shutdown while usage" on the last day of warranty which matched a Friday which is a day off in my country so the customer care call center isn't working, and since it was my last day under warranty I sent an email to the dell support mail that was in touch with me while the previous case was opened but i had an automatic reply that since the case was closed i cant contact this email anymore. So i need an email to file a complaint to be able to have the Dell support team take care of the issue.
