Faulty laptop

I bought a dell laptop one month back. From the second day sometimes its power button stop working after shutdown. It happened every 2-3 days. One day in the morning my laptop didn't turn on and I found battery was completely drained. I call for customer care just after 1 week of my laptop. He said dat I m sending u a driver please download it and see if that works. It didn't . Again I faced the same problem. Again I called support and the they did factory resetting and reloaded operating system again. But problem remianed. Then technical person came and took away my system to service centre. Now they are saying some part is faulty and need to be replaced. But they don't have parts right now. So for the last one month I am deleting and uploading my data gain and gain. I took this laptop for work purpose but couldn't do anything. Now I am completely in fix. I am really disappointed as a faulty laptop is been sold to me. Dell should return my money as the repair of laptop within 2-3 days is not acceptable at all

Hello!  If your laptop is over 30 days from invoice, Dell won't be able to refund you your purchase.  Dell's policy is refund up to 30 days from invoice.  You can ask for a replacement unit since it seems they have tried working on it 3 times.

I have the exact same issue! The brand new laptop finally arrived the day before and then the next day it wouldn’t power on. Now that I’ve seen that this is a common issue I will just ask for a brand new replacement. Thanks
