Dell keeps giving me the run around when I ask them to refund my money back as the laptop that was meant to be delivered by FedEx has been deemed lost. Said package was scheduled for delivery on the 18th of November 2022, latest 21st November 2022, but it never arrived. I don’t know why they think doing this to people is okay.

Update:

I received an email this morning after posting on here that (yet another) case specialist has been assigned to this case, when I never heard anything from the previous one that was assigned earlier in the week. FedEx says they’re waiting for the shipper to file a claim with them as they’ve concluded the investigation and deemed the package as lost on the afternoon of the 23rd of November 2022, yesterday Dell said they’re still waiting for the investigation to be completed and to hear back from their logistics team on the outcome - not from FedEx who apps did the investigation, but from THEIR logistics team.
