Feeling mistreated

Question

I called on the 02/12/13 asking for a refund. one was granted as I was in my return period. I was told the 'return ticket' needed to be signed by a manager,that this could take 24 hours and I will be contacted to arrange for collection of my system when that is done. I was given the following case number : Case number removed per privacy policy> I emailed on the 4/12/13 and received no response. it is now the 6/12/13 and I have not been contacted and customer care phone lines in Ireland are closed for the weekend. I request a status update on my return to know whether or not its going through. thank you.

Sometimes it takes a little longer than 24 hours. Since we're located in the States we don't have access to records in Ireland.

I can't say for Ireland, but on this side of the pond 24-48 hours is what it takes.

I have been luckily waiting for more than a month since the start of Dec 2013, still haven't got the refund yet. It is driving me CRAZY now!
