Financing - Cominity - Dell

I have done business with your company for many years. You used to finance yourself the Dell Pay Financial Services.

You always were pleasant to deal with, and your accounting was exceptional. 

Which is important to me, as I take pride in NEVER having a late payment.

A few months back I "Chose" to purchase yet another desktop PC from you. You offered at the time Cominity Bank.

I have to say, this is the absolute worst company I have ever run across. And IF Cominity Bank is your choice of finance company, then I will no longer purchase your products.

I bank with Bank Of America, and have for over 30 years, obviously because they have my trust, which you have lost.

Every month I send a payment equal to 2.5 times my required monthly payment due, up to 14 days prior to the due date, by check, From Bank of America. Every month I receive possibly 10 calls per day telling me that they have not received my payment.

I have gown so tired of these calls that I contacted Bank of America only to find that the payments were infact deposited and paid.

So I had the representative at Bank of America contact Cominity Bank and we had a 3 way call about this matter.

The Bank of America Rep, informed the individual at cominity that they had copies of the checks. The Rep from Cominity, then requested copies.

Once Cominity received the copies then they sent me a letter stating that it was there error, and stated that I was not responsible for the disputed amount. And that they corrected this on my account, incuding any related fianance charge or late fees.

But, I continue to get calls several times a day, because they say I owe $20 for late charges, that are past due.

So this month, my minimum payment due was $40 Due by October 17, 2024.  My bank sent a payment of $110.00 on October 4, 2024, and then I sent another payment of $600.00 through my bank on October 10, 2024.

I sent the second payment of $600 to pay off my account, since I am so fed up with this company calling me.

Guess what??? I have received at least 10 calls today telling me that my payments are late and I still owe $230 late fee.

Unfortunately, if your company condones this kind of practice, then I will not be doing business or purchasing your products any longer.
