Formal Complaint: Chat Support Rep Explicitly Refused Supervisor Transfer Request
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a chat support interaction today. I attempted to request a standard competitor price match on a physical, retail-boxed accessory item that fully matches Dell's published public policy guidelines (identical MPN).
A policy dispute arose regarding internal vs. public terms, and the agent (Gengaje, Nilesh) explicitly refused multiple direct requests to transfer my chat session to a floor manager or supervisor, instead using canned text scripts to politely stonewall and block the escalation path.
Since the web escalation form requires a mandatory order number and I do not have one because the order was blocked, I am posting here to request that a corporate Customer Care administrator pull my recent chat transcript logs and escalate this representative's refusal to route a customer request up the chain. Thank you.

This is an automated bot error. Today is Tuesday, a standard business day. This is a formal grievance regarding a front-line supervisor refusal during normal operating hours today. Please route this to a human corporate administrator to pull my live chat transcripts via my account email. Thank you.

I'm a community member and computer user, not work for Dell. Not so sure why you would spend your time unpleasantly for a purchase. I just hope that my input may help.
I saw that you were talking to an automated Dell-Care response. The real human Dell employees they work during business hours, normally 8am to 5pm, US Central time.
For the price matching policy, Dell authorizes it be conducted at employees discretion. There is no point of complaining about their decision.
The price match was in a way of advertisement to assure customers of Dell low prices. But, one must go through a bunch of fine prints to qualify. In reality, when customers find a lower price, they just get it instead of going through the hassle with price match.
Just a heads up, Dell-Care agent will redirect you back to Sales for them to take complaint. Dell-Cares can not interfere with a price match decision from Sales department.

@Chino de Oro
thanks for the response, and I am aware of that, and it’s just an evidence I need to collect. I already moved on to the next level and some one else will handle this matter for me for free. It’s not just about the price match, it doesn’t worth my time. But it’s a bait and switch, that’s a totally different issue. Beside, they respond is also contradicted to what they did before, proving inconsistent internal policy. That’s why someone else is willing to take it over. It’s more than just price match now.
