fraudulent order for zero dollars

I have an order I didn't make for a laptop on my account, it shows the charge as zero dollars and I've had no charges from my bank. It's a real package because the fedex tracking number works. It has it delivering to a local computer store, who I called and they have no record of this order. Dell customer service won't help me and it's obviously some sort of scam.
