Frustrated customer
I own an inspiron 7348 2 in 1(since 2015) . Recently i damaged the screen and i ordered from dell greece a new screen which i prepaid(20th december 2020).
A month later since i had no news from dell and no screen i called them and they said that they didn't receive from the bank the notice for the payment and they were very sorry for the delay.A week later no news and no screen.I called them again and they told me the same story. This time a few days later i received email that the product was ready.
I called again to ask dell how to replace the screen and they advised me to find a local tecnhician to do the replacement. Finally two months from the payment i received the box with the screen from the courier company. I took the box with the screen(i didn't open the box) and the notebook to the technician.
Two days later i got the notebook and the screen had coloured and black lines at the right side of the screen! The technician said that it was everything ok with the replacement and that it worked fine! Dell Greece said that they can't do nothing because they think that the screen was damaged(i only walked with the pc in my backpack for 300 meters from the technician store to my office). I paid for a screen , i waited for 1,5 months and again i have no screen.
I wiil strongly discourage my colleagues and friends not to buy dell products again! Michael Moschos
