Full Refund for Defective Computer
I have been on the phone for multiple days in a row attempting to get to a solution for the BRAND NEW Inspiron 7720 27in All-in-One computer I bought with nothing, you sent me a lemon. I started the claim just 30 days of my invoice date. On top of all the frustration of my brand new computer that does not work properly, you expect me to pay for a new installation of a program to possibly fix the defective computer????? Absolutely not, I am beyond disappointed in the Dell company with the horrible customer service and technical support. All I want is for you to take the defective computer back and give me back my money. I have a job to do and this is waisting my time and money. If I do not hear anything from you I will be reporting you to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and attempting to get my money back. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company, you are worthless.

30 days is the end of the return period -- if you didn't have an RMA number by then, it's no longer an option; call for repair.
