Help from customer help

Hi,

Does anyone know the direct email address for Customer Care where I can get assistance?
It’s about the history of my laptop. I’ve already sent over a dozen messages through technical support, but I feel like either they’re ignoring me or there are some bots working there, because the replies don’t address my questions at all.

Regards

Rafal

You can look up its history as far as manufacture date, etc. using the service tag -- go to Dell.com/support and enter that number.

If the system was purchased used and there are issues with the service tag, only the seller can help you.

The problem is that I bought the laptop as new from a store seller. I’ve had a lot of issues with it, and in one of the emails from technical support I was told that the device is refurbished, not new. That’s why I asked for the full history of the device, but I keep being ignored.
I need this in order to contact the seller.

And I don’t have the option to check the history you’re talking about.

Have you registered the system to your account?

Yes, I transferred the product to myself, I have it in my profile. I also received an email confirmation after the transfer.
