Horrendous Customer Service
Why was my order cancelled without even an email notification being sent to me? I only found out when I logged in to check why my order was taking so long (placed nearly a month ago). I've been trying to call and speak to an actual human being and all I get is called disconnected or a message about a "service outage" that apparently lasts for days. Are you seriously kidding me? This is the calibre of customer service of one of the apparently best computer companies in the world?

Update: After 2 days of chasing them for updates via phone, they offered me a price higher than what I originally paid on Black Friday (checked the website and the offer is the same price as the current Boxing Day sale). You can’t even give your sales reps the authority to re-offer the price of a cancelled purchase? It apparently took 2 days of the rep asking higher-ups for approval to give me nothing more than the website price. 🙃
