Horrible customer service

I’ve had to call Del Customer Service twice and by the same representative I was hung up on him since he did not want to work/help.
He told me to go to a local retailer to find a new charger and that it doesn’t matter that I have excellent warranty coverage.

I could barely understand what he was saying, as he was mumbling and extremely rude. I wouldn’t buy any Dell product again.
