ACTUALLY, I AM DEALING WITH A VERY RUDE AGENT NOW ON CHAT. DELL WANTS ME TO RETURN A $13 PART. IT WILL BE A WASTE OF MY TIME, MONEY, GAS. ECT.


I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THESE AGENTS ARE REAL. THEY ARE GIVING THE EXACT SAME SCRIPT DELL INDIA IS GIVING ME. THEY ANSWER EVERY POST WITH THE EXACT SAME SCRIPT. "PM YOUR INFO AND I WILL LOOK INTO THIS FOR YOU" .

IF YOU CAN PROVE YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS ON THIS BOARD ARE STAFFED BY REAL AGENTS IN THE USA THEN I WILL BELIEVE YOU.

I ALREADY KNOW BASED ON DELL PRESS RELEASES THAT DELL CLOSED ITS  USA/CANADA BASED TECH SUPPORT/CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICES IN THE USA AND CANADA. YOUR INDIA AND PHILIPINES AGENTS ARE RUDE I WAS QUOTED A PRICE ON A COMPUTER HERE AND THE EXACT SAME MODEL I CAN GET LOCALLY FROM A BEST BUY IS HALF OF IT. DELL REFUSES TO PRICE MATCH IT.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THESE PEOPLE ON HERE/DELL AGENTS. THEY ARE NOT IN THE USA.

SORRY FOR THE RANT EVERYONE. TRYING TO PROVE A POINT DELL IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY THAT RIPS OFF CUSTOMERS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO MAKE A DOLLAR.

SEE HOW THE SCRIPT IS EXACTLY THE SAME, THE INSERT ISSUE HERE I PUT TO PROVE A POINT THAT THEY USE FOR EVERY PROBLEM  SOMEONE POSTS ON HERE. SEE WHAT I MEAN.

FORGOT TO ADD SOMETHING:

I ONLY RECEIVED THE FLASH DRIVES FROM DELL, I TOLD THEM I NEED THE WHOLE OPERATING SYSTEM RECOVERY MEDIA. THEY CANNOT SEND THE RIGHT PRODUCTS AT ALL

WHOLE OPERATING SYSTEM I MEAN, THE ENTIRE WINDOWS 7/8.1/10,ECT. ALL THEY SENT ME WAS A FLASH DRIVE 16GB. I KNOW THAT IS NOT THE WHOLE O/S. IF MY HARD DRIVE IS WIPED AND HAS TO BE REINSTALED FROM SCRATCH I NEED ALL OF THE RECOVERY MEDIA INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS KEY THAT CAME WITH MY COMPUTER OTHERWISE THE SOFTWARE WOULD BE USELESS. CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THIS QUESTION?

I AM SORRY SOLICITING OTHER USERS OPINIONS IS MY LEGAL RIGHT. I WANT THEIR FEEDBACK, IF YOU ARE REALLY USA EMPLOYEES. YOU ARE JUST PRAISING DELL WHEN EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD KNOWS HOW HORRIBLE DELL IS, SO I DO NOT GIVE A YOU KNOW WHAT. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT OTHERS EXPERIENCES ARE NOT YOUR GARBAGE SCRIPTS FROM THE PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT THAT DELL INC. GIVES YOU TO USE WITH CUSTOMERS. LIKE I SAID EARLIER I WANT THE TRUTH FROM YOU GUYS, NO EXCUSES, NO PR SCRIPTS, NOTHING BUT THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH. WE AS CONSUMERS ARE SICK OF YOU DELL EMPLOYEES NOT TAKING CARE OF THINGS AND GIVING US LIP SERVICE LIKE A CUSTOMER SAID ON HERE EARILER.

Hello!  1.  ALL CAPS IS SHOUTING AND CONSIDERED RUDE.  No one will take you seriously if you don't tone it down.  2.  Dell-Robert is US based from Texas last I knew, so if you want help you best PM him.  3.  These are Dell's own forums and fortunately/unfortunately they can do what they wish with them, including censure you.  You do not have a 'legal' right to anything on these boards, especially since they are generally user to user boards. In closing, if you want help contact Dell-Robert P. via PM and he will do his best to assist you.
