How do I contact......
.....customer support/sales? I have sent in several emails with request to set up an account that when I log in, that account is the same. .....someone to accept our tax exempt status? .....someone in technical sales to help configure servers? Here's my experience. We are a small physical security company located in Savannah GA that specializes in integration of physical access control systems with IP camera surveillance systems. We use and resale Dell products on a small scale, maybe a dozen or so PCs/servers in 2013. Our systems are network centric and since we are experts with low voltage security systems, we rely on computer manufacturers for their expertise. I had thought that I had set up an account (COD) with a sign on to the Dell website, but recently found out that my sign on and the account are not the same (or not connected). I recently went online and asked for assistance in configuring a server and two PCs for one of our systems. The chat assistant looked up our account and directed me to contact a sales rep, Mr. X. Herein lies the rub. When I contacted Mr. X, he asked me to configure what I needed on the website and contact him after that. Catch 22. I ordered the two PCs on line but purchased another brand of server that one of my security suppliers offered, which still did not meet our expectations. Just in 2014 our business has grown. We have purchase 4 PC's and 5 servers this year to date and on track to double our computer/server sales. unfortunately, the servers were not Dell. In closing, the main reason I want to deal with Dell is that my overall experience has been excellent up to this point. What technical issues I have experienced have always been resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for your service.

My questions still linger. Since writing the original thread, I have bounced around between 5 different people at Dell. Can anyone give me HP's phone number?
