How do you complain?
I have an issue with my Dell rewards that some support people cannot understand. I have accrued over 10,000 Dell reward points, the earliest has an expiry date of December 2022, and NONE have been spent :-
Please note that ALL the points don’t expire until Dec 7th 2022 – AT THE EARLIEST !

Yet my account says I only have 2960 available. I have complained a number of times, and as expected, this has gone nowhere at all. I get replies from someone who simply cannot add up, or tells me that points have been spent, when they have not. This is driving me nuts. If they don't fix this I'll go and buy an ASUS or MSI Instead. Not putting up with this any more.

I would advise speaking to the ombudsman service if they are refusing to help
