How does one contact Tech Support for a peripheral ???
I ordered two items: 1 $5500 Alienware gaming computer and an Alienware Gaming Mouse AW620M. As my computer is being built, Dell shipped my AW620M mouse.
The Windows 11 Workstation does not recognize the Alienware Mouse as an Alienware Mouse. The Mouse will not pair to the 2.4GHz dongle. The Windows 11 doesn't recognize the 2.4GHz dongle. The two won't pair.
I cannot get to Tech Support because Dell only recognizes the computers I have bought. This is unsatisfactory and unacceptable.
How do I contact Tech Support about this AW620M mouse?

I opened service request because;
(a) Dell promised my $5500 order by Nov 15th, then ON Nov 15th, shifted deliver to November 27th!
(b) Immediately AFTER I placed my order the for the Alienware M18 R1, Dell offered the same computer with a 1300.00 off coupon!
(c) on that SAME PAGE, dell says they have a guaranteed PRICE MATCH!
(d) Dell had NOT shipped the computer, nor charged my credit card!
***** Dell marked my Service request as completed WITHOUT resolving anything! First - Dell's "24/7" Chat? No, it is not.:

I bought a new Alienware Laptop, a AW720M mouse, and AW920H headset.
First, when they failed to ship my customized laptop on time, and was well past the promised delivery date, I called Dell and gave 'em a piece of my mind!. $5500 for a laptop and they couldn't get it to me?
Dell support grabbed a laptop she thought was good enough, and shipped it. The processor wasn't what I chose, the hard drive was half of what I ordered, the keyboard was wrong, and the display was wrong.
I returned it and stopped payment on the credit card. I tried to order another but when signed-in to Dell, I couldn't customize as I wanted!
I opened a private browser window and didn't sign in. Oh, NOW I could build my laptop. I did and ordered it. It was now over $4500 and the additional items I bought with it took it over $6000.
I finally got the mouse first, and ran it on my older system. It was okay. I hoped it would be better with the alienware M18. Got the alienware m18 and the Alienware Command Center (AWCC) said the mouse firmware needed updating. Okay, make it so. It did, and it immediately reported the firmware as corrupt. On the phone with tech support - I paid for PREMIUM service - we went around and around and then the mouse wouldn't charge and it died while he was on the phone. I had that mouse 17 DAYS. He said he would ship a new one. Did I get a NEW mouse? no, it was refurbished and it says it right on the box! I raised AGAIN and was told that the warranty said it would be replaced with new or refurbished. $145 for a stinking mouse and you won't replace it with a new one when it failed after 17 DAYS? I STILL haven't received the headset when it was promised the 22 Nov. By the way, the Alienware is so loaded with bloatware that User Benchmark said it was performing UNDER THE 32ND PERCENTILE!
This is what they sell you for a fortune. This thing should be above 125%. I guarantee, this will be the last Dell I buy after 20 years of buying Dell. Last but not least, I am trying to get Customer support to clean up my account, and there is no way to do so!! I have 12 devices and six of them are no longer mine, I cannot transfer them as I don't remember to whom I gave them, and I have no editing abilities on my own account!
How do I get my account fixed?

I finally contacted support through my M18 laptop, since the laptop was the device that bricked my mouse.
The first guy walked me through the process of upgrading the mouse firmware. In the process, the firmware was reported at corrupted, the previously-full battery in the mouse began plunging, and in about four minutes while we were on the phone, the mouse died and would not recharge.
The guy promised to send me a new mouse for my bricked, brand new, 17-day-old mouse. Did I get one? NOOOoooooo.
They sent me a REFURBISHED mouse to replace my $145 new mouse! I have never paid so much for a mouse! I am really, really ANGRY.
To exacerbate the problem, the mouse does not work the same as a new one. I believe someone reprogrammed it and now the Alienware Command Center cannot reprogram the mouse!
I am awaiting a response from DELL NON-SUPPORT about what they are going to do with this.
