Thank you for your message. I apologize for the inconvenience surrounding your order.

An order cannot be canceled once it is invoiced & shipped, the only option during this stage is to wait for the system to be delivered & call care team for a return & refund or contact your bank for a stop charge.

I am afraid, the refund is only for what has been charged & will be credited to the original mode of payment.

The Cancellation should be made before the shipment. That's why I need a complaint.

The cancellation was made on 03/26/2019. However, the order shipped on 04/01/2019.

There is no option to cancel the shipment once the product has been invoiced. When you requested for cancellation, the product may not have been shipped but might have been invoiced.
