I also want to lodge a complaint. The direct support via WhatsApp is useless. I've been speaking with them for about a month, and nobody cares about it.

I have a Precision 7680 that is consistently overheating and freezing. They have replaced half of the components, but there’s been no fix so far.

I requested a replacement with a newer model, but I've been waiting for a response for a month.
