HR Help
I'm a former Dell Services employee trying to get in touch with HR. HR is only internal on-line, and the email address provided in the "Leaving Dell" documentation bounces back.
I've been unable to reach a live person anywhere, and am quite frustrated.
How can a former employee contact HR?

Tried that number, literally fourteen times, to hit all of the different IVR options looking for a live person. When finally at what seems to be the correct IVR location, it says that HR no longer has a phone number, and all contact needs to be through the intranet, which I can't get to since I'm no longer employed.
The Leaving Dell packet has an email address, payroll_doc_req@dell.com, but the emails bounce.
I'm not sure how to contact the company. Any suggestions?

That email address is incorrect. Use this one (AMERICAS_Payroll@dell.com).
