I cannot reply to email?
Well, got the email for the comment I made and asking me my service tag but have nowhere to respond. The same game. The only right thing to do exchange the laptop you have sold me with 70% dysfunctionality will be the only right thing to do. Rather wasting my time again and again is wrong. I am expressing my disappointment and experience. Paying my money or exchange would be the only right decent thing to do.

I have mentions the problem earlier and after several messages I am getting what is your problem question? I don't know how again and again to explain it is in boot mood and the only key that is functioning is F2, F12,and esc I sat from 7pm to 11pm with your customer support . Made me erase all my files or delete. And he was frustrated than I suppose to be. Told me to back up the window from cloud! And hung the phone remember 4 hrs wasted no results how would set on the phone for that long for the so called new laptop. Then everything after 10 min went back. I ask the laptop to be replaced. I spock with professionals. Dell pushed it till they day to expire. I pay for one year warranty, and pay for customer support. I watched every YouTube and read any thing I can. I can't do it or get it fix well it is setting nearly $700 laptop under my bed not getting help.

Well you keep sending me email which is hard to respond. Your I/O for priver is poorly set. How do I get to respond easily? You have my email why not make it simple? And I am a registered user and/ dysfunctional owner of Dell laptop.

Yeah i am also your category i am facing issue from 6 months but they r not responding and i got a mail to send my service tag but i can't respond them back i dont why they are keeping mails for hours asking to send service tag and i can't reply them back
