I can't contact support
I received an order and I have been trying to contact order support for the past 2 weeks with no way of being able to.
Every time I go to the website and select order support it doesn't even show me a button to click or anything. I thought this was a bug that would get fixed but it's been like this forever.
I tried sending an email and they told me to just go through the website to submit a ticket? What do I do now?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I can't see the message. I saw an email that I got a DM but when I click the link it says access denied
What is a service tag? I don't need warranty to return it, I want to refund it. I thought you can refund shortly after receiving a product.
I ordered the D3100 Docking Station but the package was lost so I got another (but then the original one showed up way later) and now I can't return the first one because the website doesn't let me submit a ticket at all.

Hi Pamyaphi,
I managed to get in touch with order support for my order but my request for refund was rejected.
The reason is that the package is marked as delivered on September 21st so it has already been 14 days. But one of the points in the message I sent them, was that the package was lost from UPS and I didn't receive it until last week. So now, I can't return my order because UPS marked it as delivered on the 21st, is that it? Also, I can't see any way to send a private message here. There's the bot in the bottom left but it asks me for a service tag.

Okay, my question in the last message is exactly the same, where can I find this messages icon. I don't see this anywhere on the website?
