I oDelivery date
I ordered an XPS 15 on Mar 11. Was told delivery date was Mar 18.. Mar 21st I phoned Purolator and they told me it depends if the order is coming from the US to the warehouse in Ontario or China and to phone Dell. If China, it could be weeks.. I phoned Dell and was told that it was coming from China. I've been with Dell almost 20 years and I am really disappointed in their service. I should have been told it would be weeks. I need this for work. I would like something done to expedite delivery. Use to be very happy with the service. Not too impressed at the moment.

The area in China where these are manufactured is coming out of a week long lockdown -- if you must have a system immediately, look for a seller with something close to what you want in stock and order it.
Otherwise, you will need to wait for the existing order. Neither the manufacturer of the system nor Dell can work around a government-imposed lockdown order, no matter what your time frame is.
