I really need some help

Question

Hey guys my name is Sergio Blanco I'm being completely  over at the moment by Alienware in México. I'm being accused of sabotaging my own unit which I think is quite ridiculous because I still have a few months left to pay for it (will finish paying for it in like 6 months). I am not happy with the tech support or the treatment I'm being given.  They contradict each other and jumped into that weird conclusion without even telling me. They didn't contact me nor called me, I had to contact them because I wasn't hearing from them. I'm not a new Alienware customer, last time I had an issue like this in Canada I got everything sorted in days. Parts replaced, no questions asked and all. Very professional. But here in México it's a nightmare right now for me. It's like dealing with the Mexican police department. I feel cheated. The technician was impressed on how weird it all was. I don’t know much about PCs so I really didn’t understand. But basically the video card, processor and motherboard are all fried now. Customer service says I did it. The tech guy said I clearly didn't do it. I know I didn't do it. Do Alienwares have a seal like Xbox to tell if people were messing with it? If so I wasn't told about this by the tech dude. I'm desperate and I don't know what to do. I'm trying everything I can. Isn't there someone higher up that I can contact and take my case to. I apologize if this is the wrong place for this or if my English is bad. I just don’t know what to do. I'm a freelance web designer, this PC was everything to me. Thanks for your time.

I'm going to give you a form to fill out that will escalate this issue and hopefully fix this problem.

Fill out the form, give Dell several business days to reply.

Yes I am in México, and thank you so much for your reply Z.

They said: "Someone opened that computer and messed with it based on the pictures our technician sent us". I said I didn't and so they answered "Well, prove it".

Based on what the tech guy told me I'm going to explain very poorly what happened; A metal part from inside the video card came off and caused a short circuit and fried the processor and the motherboard.

So they are blaming me for it. This was my work computer, and I haven't finished paying it. I can't understand what I would win by damaging my own PC.
