Impossible to order...

Trying to order an XPS, but I only get a blank payment confirmation screen and Dell has apparently made it impossible to make contact in any way if you don't already have an order number (I'm in Belgium, Europe)... Is this normal?

Struggling with this for a week now (tried to dial the support number as well of course, but it just has a cheerful message they've got this thing called a website) and it's frustrating the **bleep** out of me.

How they can do any business is beyond me, to be honest. I had already decided to just give up and wait for another Athena project laptop, but the XPS is so enticing...
