Incorrect refund on purchase
Hello, this is the third time trying to create a service ticket on this issue to no avail. Here are the details:
Order Number:
I checked the payments and refunds against the charges on my credit card and they do not match up.
1. I was promised a $75 credit (was calculated AFTER taxes, so the before tax amount was less) but only received a credit of $31.48 on my credit card
2. Dell rewards were not charged to my credit card so that should have no effect on the calculations.
From my credit card:
Initial charge: $1385.36
Credit (not $75): -$31.48
Refund: -$1301.36
Difference=$52.52
The finance team says the difference is due to using Dell rewards, which doesn't make any sense, since that amount was never charged to my credit card.
This issue has been ongoing for over a month now and I am sick of having to call over and over just to get the call disconnected or my case closed. Any help would be appreciated!

Does anyone know of a number to contact Dell Canada’s financial department? I ideally a supervisor or an email to contact them? The community mods have been kindly trying to get a hold of them but we haven’t heard a thing in over 2 weeks.
