Incorrect Rewards Domain

Like others, I have the: "Error: You are a Dell Rewards member of ca region or country. Your Rewards will not be applicable in this country or region you logged in." message tagged to my account.  Not only does it prevent me from using any rewards, it also does not allow me to take advantage of my membership benefit. I have never ordered from the Canada site, and have order history dating back to 2010 associated with my account.  While I could create a new account, I do not want to lose all of the orders associated with my current account, and do not want to have to manage two accounts. Please help.
