Inspiron 7620 2-in-1, 8 repairs, still no replacement

Service Tag: <Your private data was removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
I am extremely disappointed in the support I received from Dell on my product.
Here is the list:
1. Heating problem - Reinstalled windows and drivers 
2. Heating problem - You changed the heat sink.
3. Keyboard and touchpad malfunction - You changed the entire bottom panel
4. STILL TOUCHPAD ISSUE - did nothing
5. Stylus stops working with updated drivers - no help no call back
6. Graphic failure and Slowed down computer - Motherboard replacement
7. Wi-Fi card failure - telling me to replace that now
Note for most repairs I had to back up my data. I only had this machine, imagine my struggle. I spent $2300 in total for the Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 with support and yet I get 0 follow ups from the support team on my issues. I got waited on hold, and I am always told wait for a call back.
