Is There A Trade In Program?
I did a search and the answer goes back to 2014. Has Dell revised the policy past 30 days and will take an Alienware trade towards a new machine? I have an R10 I would consider trading towards an R13 but it was purchased in April 2021.

There's no trade in or trade up programs that Dell offers.

LOL ! Dude I wish I got my R11 in April also and really love the looks and upgrades of the R13. But then again my R11 is a beast !

No there is no trade in program.

Unfortunately there's no trade in program, i had my R10 for approximately just over 4 months, it had one motherboard change and it had a phantom beep which the technicians couldn't locate, possibly gpu related or ram related but they decided to refund me for it and also give a major discount code which i can't disclose the amount of as it would be unfair to dell for others to expect the same.
However i'm in the process of speccing out a R13, and i'm over the moon with how things worked out to be honest because i really wanted the R13 since setting eyes on it. One thing i can say is Dells after market support the customer satisfaction and care department are definitely world leading and that's what's made me return as a customer again.
