Issue with ordering a Alienware X51

Question

I went and ordered on of the ready to ship options of the x51 with an additional 3 year service plan and a dell u2410 during the customization. I was told the system would ship today and it has yet to. This is the issue, I had to speak to support to even know it had been back ordered or what ever had happened. I have yet to receive an email and chat support was only helpful enough to tell me that the system had been delayed , then it was not delayed, and again delayed. Though if I go to customize the same system now it states it will ship tomorrow and not the Friday support told me. I gave number for a case helper to contact me and nothing yet. So yeah the site for the x51 still shows the ready or fast ship option will ship next day and I still can not get info to why my system was delayed past that they sold too many ? Why still show that the system is ready to ship next day in this case ? My order status still show I should get the system tomorrow , but no shipping info sent. The major issue on the exact date is also that some one must be home all day to make sure they can sign for it... I would like help !

Ok so it is the monitor I ordered in the same page as the system config ... you guys could just have shipped the system without monitor or contacted me asap or even told me what the issue was the 5 times I contacted you... but no ! you guys were pretty useless

You have to start a new order just to remove a monitor ? what is wrong with this picture ?
