Laptop MIA?

I purchased a Dell laptop on 11/20. I paid extra to have it delivered on 12/3 as I needed it for work this week. On 12/4, I still hadn't received any shipping updates. I called on 12/4, and got two different answers. 1) the arrival date changed to 12/10 and 2) it shipped 12/3 and should arrive on 12/4. The shipping label was finally sent to FedEx on 12/4. However, there have been no shipping updates and FedEx said they haven't received the product to ship yet. Beyond frustrated that i paid extra $ to have it here in 2 weeks, here we are 3 weeks later and no laptop and no one knows what the heck is going on!
