Laptop theft
So my Dell laptop was stolen. Am left with the charger. Is there no way details on the charger can be used to track it?

No -- but assuming you purchased direct from Dell, or have registered the system, the service tag will be listed in your Dell account.
Even if you have the service tag or MAC address, it's not trackable unless you activated a tracking service before the loss.
