Lost R11?

Question

Ordered an R11 2/11. It shipped early and was supposed to arrive last Friday via FedEx. In the meantime, I get my office painted. Order a monitor that can keep up with the PC. Order an Alienware mouse, keyboard, and headphones. I go to IKEA and get a new desk. New oversized mousepads all set! BUT bad weather hits El Paso (where it shipped out of I guess) and it gets delayed until the following Monday. Ok, no big deal. On Fed Ex page Saturday it changed to 'Scheduled Delivery: Pending. Shipment Exception El Paso, TX' and that's how its remained since. I called Dell to see what they can do. I'm not sure what happens next as I got this email yesterday. 'I am Himanshu the case specialist  sending this email with regards with the  The request for the tracking details has been escalated and once approved the case specialist will get back with an update.' Needless to say, I'm getting nervous at this point I have 4K tied up with no movement or word back as of yet. I have never liked Fed Ex but that's another story. I guess my question is, has anyone else experienced something like this? What should I expect? How long for this to play out. Thanks!

The video doesn't give me confidence.  BTW its Sunday and still no movement.  It did get scanned on Thursday though. The hardware is going to be last gen by the time I get it.

Finally movement out of El Paso last night. Scanned in Oakland this morning. I should get it tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
