If you have the tracking number, it's time to call the shipping carrier -- they should know where it is.

Although this is on Facebook I don't think you filled out this form? If you did, disregard this step.

Does your computer shipping status show it hasn't left Dell yet?  Just where does it show it is hung up at?

Let me know this info and we can take it from there.

Thanks for your reply.  I've tried both of those forms.  The one on dell.com, you go to a form for missing/damaged/lost packages and when you fill it out, it just sends you in a loop back to the first question and makes you start all over.  You can't submit anything.  I did submit on the Facebook page but never received a reply.  

It's not a computer, just an accessory for a tablet - but was hoping to have it for a business trip, nonetheless.  It says shipped on 2/13/14 on the order status page with an expected delivery of 2/18/14.  It gives a link to UPS/Mailing Innovations tracking.  The UPS site says that Shipping info has been received by UPS Mailing Innovations.  There it stops, so it seems that they have never even received it.  But that was over a week ago and there has been nothing since then.  

When using the tracking number via USPS, it says it's not found so... I don't know.  With the inability to move around the web page among everything else, I'm really frustrated with the whole thing.

Call UPS and find out what is going on.  If they gave it to another carrier, then call them.
