XPS 8940 

Upon receiving my system found that i could not get my microphone to set up. Attempted to fix the problem using your online services to fix the problem without any solution to my problem. Was connected to a tech rep whom I could barely understand and after a couple of hours the rep said he would have to call me back. Several hours later I had to call the tech support back and once again they did the exact same thing and still, they could not fix my problem so the tech stated to do a restore on my system to reload windows and during the restore he said he would call back in a couple of hours to finish the repair. During the reload the system locked up with an error and would not restart. I finally had to call someone from my site on it and was able to get back into the system but my new 6TB hard drive could not be recognized by the system and even when it tried to reformat it came up with and error and could not be reformatted. I ended up buying new hard drives and sound card and Ram due to the system errors, boot problems and microphone problems. I have rebuilt my system at great expense and loss of business due to your people incompetence. They still have not returned my last 2 phone calls. The records of the troubleshooting and my phone call are still on record. After researching I found there were numerous complaints for microphone problems on record but no warning was given when I bought the system which shows bad faith on dell’s part. It’s a shame that Dell’s trouble shooting is this incompetence and could not hire people who could at least speak English well enough to be understood. Your tech’s left me with a messed-up system and probably denies it’s their fault. Thanks Dell.
