m15 R4, missing hinge screw

Question

I’ve had my laptop for about three months and there had been a bit of a noise when I opened it. Well today I found out where that noise was coming from. One of the hinges on the LCD was missing it’s screw and the plastic finally gave out. I called Dell. Spent an hour on the phone and sent a bunch of pictures. They decided this is accidental damage so they aren’t going to do anything. This is an accident on Dells part and they need to make it right. I did not drop the laptop. I simply opened it to use it, you know what it’s meant for.
