m15 R6, system replacement

Question

I bought an Alienware m15 R6 in November 2021. Since the month I've bought it, I've had issues with it. Including BSODs multiple times in a day (even with minimal usage), laptop won't turn on unless the battery is removed and the system is drained of charges, the keyboard stops working all on a sudden, and starts working after a day or two automatically. The motherboard, SSD, and the keyboard were all replaced by Dell and a few of the issues still exist. I no longer want a part replacement and I'm hoping that Dell would replace the laptop with a new one. Also, I'm currently on the premium warranty and I've contacted Dell on their WhatsApp messaging services about all these issues. They were reluctant to replace the laptop even when the problems keep on coming one after another. And it's 100% a manufacturing fault! I believe I am eligible for a system replacement instead of parts at this point! I can't even carry the laptop out without the fear of it breaking down while using or I have to carry a screwdriver with me all the time to reset the CMOS. I mean what else reason is needed for requesting a system change? System Variant: Alienware m15 R6 Intel Core-i9 - 11th gen with RTX 3070 GPU

Thank you for your response.

I received the laptop on I believe mid November as it was being shipped form China. As a reason I mentioned November on the query.

Also I guess this will be my 4th service request on the same laptop.

Dell Policy concerning System Exchanges

A new like for like system exchange is only allowed inside the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date.

After that 30 day period, a minimum of three part Service Request must be attempted. If no resolution, then a used/refurbished like for like system exchange is allowed after manager approval.
