Missing Aeroplan Points

On September 1, 2023, I purchased $6,827.21 in products from Dell Technologies using the eStore link on the Air Canada website after signing in with my Aeroplan number.  At the time, there was a promotion where every dollar spent at Dell Technologies through the eStore was to be rewarded with 6 Aeroplan points.  However, nothing has been credited to date.

On January 10, 2024, I spoke with Sabrina of Aeroplan at (800) 361-5373 who said to send an e-mail to credits@aircanada.ca, which I did on January 10, 2024 but nothing yet. 

Anyone have anything else to suggest?  Dell, if you are listening, would you be able to assist?
