Missing cashback. Rakuten blames Dell.
I got an email from Rakuten regarding a purchase I made in mid July. They state the following: "Dell Technologies has been unable to verify this purchase as being eligible for Rakuten credit."
I did everything right. Why wasn't my purchase verified?

Just wanted to post a follow up.
After the original post here and DM exchanges with DELL-Cares, two days later I got an email from Rakuten which approved the cashback as "pending". Over a month later and 100 days since the order was placed, the status on the cashback changed from pending to confirmed. Original order was placed on July 15th. Happy with the outcome but it is a shame I had to complain here to get the ball rolling.
