I have the same issue with an order for 2 G5 gaming desktops. I have a confirmation from the website, but nothing in my email and the Dell Purchase ID is now coming back as invalid. 

Phone support is no help whatsoever. Their system seems to be completely broken and support has no idea how to fix it or make the issue up to the customer. I'm spending $4,000 on their site and they are trying to blame me for their system losing my order.

Unbelievable!
