Missing Refund and Horrible Service
I ordered a computer from Dells website. I tried canceling this order less than 24 hours after making it due to complications with my job. The customer service representative told me the order was already in production and it would be too late to cancel.
On March 4th, 2020 I got an email saying my order was delivered. Unfortunately, when I got home no package was there. It seems my package was stolen from my porch. I contacted Dell on March 5th, 2020 and was asked to send a them a police report. I promptly sent the police report that same day and I was told I would receive a refund for my order by 8 business days. It is now March 23, 2020 and I am still waiting on a refund.
I have contacted several Dell customer care representatives and I have been mistreated, lied to and even blatantly hung up on. It seems like Dell has some major internal issues they may be unaware of. Or do they just not care? This is unacceptable for a company of their size. A few of their names I will list below....

The lack of help from Dell has lead me here. I don't know where else to turn. I didn't even want this computer. I tried canceling my order less than 24 hours after placing it and I was told I couldn't. Now I am stuck calling Dell every other day pretty much begging for some help. Also, it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with management of any kind. Definitely will be the LAST time I shop Dell.
This is an embarrassment for a company of this size. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I never thought I would need to go to a community forum to reach out for help regarding a refund.

How do I remove my order #?
