Missing Sennheiser BT headset

I have received my Precision laptop but the promised Sennheiser headset is missing in the pack. Kindly guide me on what is to be done next.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Even after registering and sending all the documents as demanded by the executives I am yet to get a concrete time schedule on expected delivery date of headset.
