Monitor arrived broken through FedEx

I live chatted and was directed to the phone support but they were closed as it is Saturday,  they gave me a different number from the one I tried originally which I had said was not working because of off hours but the guy said this one was open.  Support at 1-800-822-8965 for further assistance   which was wrong. Just a bit annoyed because I think the fedex man played football with my monitor, its internally shattered. I just received my monitor package today and was very disappointed when it arrived damaged, its internally broken, looked fine until I turned it on. All the support call lines have today off apparently. Is my only resort the "Report an Incorrect Order/Item" link? Once they get back to me is this going to take weeks of shipping back and forth?  Whats going to happen?

Svingam,

No, that is not the only place you can inform Dell of  this problem.

I'm going to give you two other links that I recommend you use, but fill out the one your found also.

Please post this issue  either on Twittter @https://twitter.com/DellCares or if you have Facebook post it on this form: Facebook Form

I recommend the FB form, but both will be seen by Dell.

This shouldn't be a long drawn out process, if you run into problems post back here.

Ok that's weird, after filling out the facebook form it just sort of directs you to a blank screen, hard to know if it accepted my data, I think the page is broken or something, I used google chrome once and ie11 the second time, same thing.
