Monitor order delayed 4 times

I ordered a monitor from Dell and it has been delayed for the fourth time now. I have talked to 2 customer service persons and they both said "it will be delivered by then. No worries sir." Of course no delivery in sight. Doesn't show a bit honesty. Why wouldn't Dell make it clear from the beginning that it takes them at least a month to ship a monitor?
